Sometimes things that seem like good ideas really aren't. For example, chocolate coke. Sounds intriguing, doesn't it? Well, it wasn't horrible, but it's nothing I'll ever, ever do again. Coke shalt not lie with chocolate, as with vanilla: it is abomination. (I know I'm crazy, but if this sounds like a good idea to you for so much as one second, get help.)
By the way, has anyone else seen the show Hamtaro? (Has Pangee seen it?!?) It's sooo cool. The hamsters and the dog are so cute. And they make the cutest noises when they do stuff. Oh, man, I think it's on right now!!!
Bye-Q!

So, exams are over. My last one was on Tuesday, and I moved home Wednesday afternoon. Since then I've watched the following movies on TV: Heavy Metal 2000, Spy Kids (in HD, and it was fucking gorgeous), Rockstar, Love Story and Lethal Weapon. I'm camping out in the basement, in a sleeping bag, in front of the TV, until further notice. Right now I'm sitting upstairs, listening to Bond, a string quartet who act like pop stars. Which I guess, in some way, they are.
I guess I'm just writing this to say that my postings may be sparse in the next little while, because I have so much free time. (I blog to the max when there's just the right amount of work for me to avoid.) I'll try to keep it up, though, mostly because I find it really interesting to go back and read this stuff months, or even years, later.
One more thing. There's been talk flying around of a Newsies party in the works. I am totally into this idea, and will attempt to contact everyone who has expressed interest ASAP.
P.S. The text in the "note" below is real. I came home on Sunday night to find that taped to the door of my room. My suitemates told me that people had been up looking for me, and asking them questions about when they'd last seen me, etc. Don't worry, though; I smoothed everything over. Who'd believe I'd be crazy enough to run off in the middle of exams?

Your phone has been busy/off hook for days - your father is trying to get a hold of you. Please call him at home on the cell!

The fire alarm's gone off twice in the past few days. Once was on Thursday afternoon, I think. The other was at three thirty this morning. Let's just say that I and many others were not pleased. (Especially those who have an exam this morning, though some of them hadn't gone to bed yet.) My sketchy boyfriend claimed to know the difference between a real and false alarm, so he never got up. Of course, it was a false alarm, so he's not dead. Good thing, that.
